Annual Meeting (4/26/24)
- Meeting with Ann and Rob on Friday to go over agenda and get better idea of what should not be talked about due to the bargaining
- Meeting with BC on Monday
- SERENA SUNG-CLARKE to send out Padlet again. Then make agenda.
- Things to address:
- Course offerings
- MIT department alignments
- Housing on the Cape
- Where people will be:
- MIT: Will, Faith
- Tricia to give zoom link and we can put it up on the big screen
- Small number of people. Buy some food then reimburse using APO funds?
- If only a few people everyone can get what they want and then get individually reimbursed.
- Last year there was a meal reimbursement for those on zoom.
- WHOI: Caroline, Serena, Anthony, Scott
- Someone at WHOI to monitor zoom for any zoom questions
- Bus leaves from WHOI at 7:30pm and leaves from MIT at 8:30am.

Panteleyev Award
- Sarah organized last year.
- CAROLINE RZUCIDLO to talk to Ann about it.
Czars
- Kharis and Evie will be new shellfish czars
- Anthony talked to Fadime about international committee but no response. To check up on it. Seems like doing programming for International stuff with or without the student input.
- Merch Czar
- Faith: First years want merch
- When Czar selected, let Tricia know and she will coordinate with them. Things Tricia wants to get:
- Pens with stylus tip
- Apparel
- Stoles for commencement attire
- Big thing is to get an idea of budget. $X to give people an idea for what to get and to get people excited about being the Czar. (NOT FROM REPS BUDGET)
- Tricia has no set budget so we just need to find someone and work together to decide on ideas. Poll students and such?
