Rilee: We need one person in person at MIT. Will anyone be on MIt campus on that day?
Jenn: Let me ask a committee member if I will be there that day. I can stay for dinner. I’ll email him.
- Budget update – how are we looking money-wise (this could be pushed off until April general meeting, should be compiled for annual meeting)
Rilee: Last year, they were talking about dipping into our slush fund. Paige, do you have any thoughts?
Paige: Can I get back to you for the next meeting? I don’t think they did dip into the slush fund.
Rilee: I feel like we could do a call for a funding request? It’s on the Rep responsibilities calendar. It could be tied to Jenn’s funding brief/ state of funding. It would be good to put that out.
Paige: We will get more over the summer.
Rille: True, we will have more events. Paige, can you put some thoughts on the budget together for next meeting/ APO annual meeting.

Rilee: Could be a good idea. I don’t know who has the capacity to put this together.
Jenn: We could go to WHOI social-list? It was held at the Kidd. I don’t think it was rep funded. Maybe we could find who started it. WHOI will not be willing to fund anything out-of-pocket.
Rilee: Worth sending an email to the person who runs WHOI social list?
Jenn: I can try and contact them.
Rilee: We don’t have any outstanding requests.
