Working Meeting Minutes for November 14th, 2025
Attendees: Lilli Enders, Zephyr Girard, Mark Goldwater, Mekia Bushell
Absent: Caroline Needell, Katelyn McPaul
- Caroline and Mark completed core trainings for club re-registration
- Two lines verbatim need to go into the constitution, if it is not included, we might be
subject to disciplinary action – we all reviewed the lines and determined our
constitution includes the same ideas - Lilli noted that they previously did not make any changes and it was never an
issue, everyone agreed that it should be fine - Mark will submit a copy of the constitution and additional documentation
- We are required to list all active members – Mark is going to get the
information from Tricia - Lilli will serve as the second student for the Keqi replacement interviews
- Caroline is going to send out Winter and Open House committee solicitations and is
currently updating the website - Katelyn asked for Czar nominations and received responses for every position
- Lili Enders submitted funding request for the Tour de Donut – passed with majority
