Attending: Scott, Caroline, Anthony, Will, Faith, Fadime, Alan, Tricia
Question to Tricia: LGBTQ+ resource library – Is there anything reps need to do?
- Answer from Tricia: No, at this point there’s nothing else to be done! Everything should be taken care of!
Incentivizing service roles- any ideas? Can ask APO if they now have a better idea of the budget
- Tricia says that she has more knowledge on the MIT side of things, but that either research stipends or gift cards do not seem out of the question
Alan/Fadime: Thinking about starting an Oyster Pond Garden (student maintained):
- Initial estimates of costs are approximately $3000 at the moment to create the garden (clearing out, building a fence), buy tools, seeds, etc. The budget also includes a BBQ/Social event.
- The Reps could fund the tools and social events, but the cost of clearing out and building a fence may have to come from a different source.
First-year naming ceremony status:
- This Friday is the cut-off for the voting ceremony
- Date is TBD
- Faith is currently composing a budget,
