Lilli: We booked the David Center, the form for the name is out. I am unclear how the BBQ will work? I need to talk to Keqi about it.
Paige: We have $500 marked for the naming ceremony.
Lilli: APO needs to set up the grill and get facilities to do that.

Paige: Many things did not get RFP. $1500 things we need to spend. We have $2,200 left to spend.
Tricia: The end of the fiscal year is here, we need to submit these requests.
Rilee: I’ll send reminder to Winter Retreat people and Paige, please email the other who have not submitted reimbursements.

Rilee: We didn’t get a majority in the slack. Are we good?

- Kayak funding request from Loicka
Loicka: I am the kayak czar. We have broken paddles. We need new ones and we need things to organize the life vests and the equipment. And we also got the canoe (for free?, never asked for the money).
Tricia: We can pay through MIT credit card (and we can have it tax exempt). We can coordinate with a student who is coming down to bring the paddles down.

Tricia: What is the platform? Okay it’s wordpress.
Paige: This website works https://jpreps.mit.edu/ we can see the funding form. I will contact the MIT people.
Tricia: I would suggest making a google site.

Rilee: Could you send out a reminder to fill out the form? We will send responses to APO in ~1-2 weeks.

- When are the listservs updated with new students? Jp-all or whoi-student-com for communication over the summer?
Tricia: All @mit ones are me and all the @whoi are Keqi.

Tricia: MIT orientation will be September 2nd. It may be helpful to come again, remind students what their resources are, etc.
