JP Reps General Meeting 11/21/2025 Minutes
Attendees: Mekia Bushell, Caroline Needell, Mark Goldwarer, Katelyn McPaul, Tricia Nesti, Zephyr Girard

Budget Items
- Tricia shared that our current account balance is $6,900, and that we will receive $10,000 from MIT, and $2,000 from APO.
- Mark will work with Tricia to get updates on funding status to update budget. Our organization has been successfully registered with MIT.

Czar Updates - Librarian and shellfish czar positions have been filled.
- Katelyn will administer the dance floor and next czar recruitment we will solicit a dance
floor czar.
Open House & Winter Retreat Committees - Caroline will send out winter retreat committee solicitation
– searching for at least three students to coordinate. - Mark and Caroline will meet with the winter committee.
- Note: students must pay for the Airbnb, MIT will cover gas
- Open House Committee solicitation coming soon
Other - Caroline has updated the website
– Note: photo board needs to be updated - Caroline will request that buffin fairies track buffin outcomes.
